2.Mobile Communication Policy
When you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to our Services, including notifications and account communications, and, if you separately opt in, marketing offers. Your mobile opt-in will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do not knowingly collect: precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, immigration status, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or information about children under 16.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide the opt-out mechanisms required by law, including honoring Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
9.Call Recording
We may record sales, onboarding, and support calls for quality assurance, training, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. We provide verbal notice at the start of any recorded call; continuing the call constitutes consent. If you would rather not be recorded, let us know at the start of the call.

12.How to Exercise Your Rights
Email us at alexfall@volume23.com. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension where permitted by law). We provide the first request in any 12-month period free of charge, and may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
13.State-Specific Disclosures
California (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we have collected the categories in Section 3, disclosed information to service providers and advisors for business purposes, and have not sold personal information for monetary consideration. California residents may designate an authorized agent.
Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon. Residents have the rights in Section 11, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. We honor Global Privacy Control as a universal opt-out signal.
Virginia. Residents have the rights in Section 11. We do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Texas. Residents have the rights in Section 11. We do not sell sensitive personal data and do not collect or sell biometric data.
Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights granted by their state's law. Contact us as described in Section 12.
14.Children's Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact alexfall@volume23.com and we will delete it.
15.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16.International Users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
